Delete your FullRev account
FullRev is operated by FrameLogic Limited (company no. 17193146), 58 Rochester Avenue, Feltham, England, TW13 4EJ.
You can delete your FullRev account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open FullRev and go to your Profile.
- Tap Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm by typing your @handle.
This is immediate and final. It deletes your profile, your garage and builds, your follows and follower connections, your blocks, and your sign-in account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@fullrev.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted we remove:
- your profile (name, @handle, bio, photo and approximate area),
- your garage and vehicle builds,
- your follows, followers and blocked-user connections,
- your event RSVPs,
- your push-notification tokens and any live-location data (which is in any case only ever held transiently while you are actively sharing it),
- your direct messages: the message content we hold is stored only as ciphertext we cannot read, and both that ciphertext and the message metadata (who messaged whom, and when) are deleted or de-linked from you, and
- your sign-in account.
What we may keep, and for how long
To keep the community safe and to meet our legal obligations, we may retain limited information after deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy:
- safety and moderation records, such as reports made about or by your account, where we need them to act on abuse or comply with the law,
- a record that an email address asked not to be contacted (so we honour that), and
- information we are required to keep by law.
End-to-end encrypted direct messages are stored as ciphertext that we cannot read. Message history held on another member's device or account is outside your account and is governed by that member's own deletion.
