Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines

1. About this policy

FullRev is a community for car enthusiasts in the United Kingdom. We are here to help you discover and attend car events, follow other members, showcase your vehicle builds and message people who share the same passion. This policy sets out what is and is not acceptable on FullRev, the standards we expect from every member, and what happens when those standards are not met.

FullRev is operated by FrameLogic Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17193146), whose registered office is at 58 Rochester Avenue, Feltham, England, TW13 4EJ. In this policy, "FullRev", "we", "us" and "our" mean FrameLogic Limited. "You" and "your" mean you, the member.

This policy applies to everything you do on FullRev: our mobile apps for iOS and Android, our website at https://fullrev.app, and all content, events, profiles, garages and messages on the service. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service on the meaning of a term, the Terms of Service take precedence.

By using FullRev, you agree to follow this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can use FullRev

FullRev is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We operate an age gate at sign-up. The service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

You must not:

• create an account, or attempt to use FullRev, if you are under 18;
• help anyone under 18 to access the service or create an account; or
• post content that targets, sexualises or endangers a child in any way.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated data. If you believe someone under 18 is using FullRev, please report it to us at hello@fullrev.app.

You must also be legally permitted to use the service. You must not use FullRev if you have previously been banned by us, or if doing so would breach any law that applies to you.

3. The principles behind these rules

A few simple ideas sit underneath everything below.

• Real people, real respect. Treat others the way you would at a good car meet: with courtesy, even when you disagree.
• Keep it legal. What is illegal off FullRev is illegal on FullRev.
• Be honest. Be who you say you are, and do not deceive people for gain.
• Drive and meet responsibly. The cars are the point, not dangerous or illegal driving.
• Protect privacy. Other people's safety, location and personal details are not yours to share.

If you are unsure whether something is allowed, the safest assumption is that the principles above come first.

4. Content and conduct that is not allowed

You must not post, share, send, link to, upload or otherwise make available any content, and you must not behave in any way, that falls into the categories below. This applies to everything: your profile and handle, your bio, your garage and vehicle builds, photos, event listings, comments and direct messages.

4.1 Illegal content and activity

You must not use FullRev to do anything that is unlawful under the laws of England and Wales, or to post content that is itself illegal. This includes, without limitation:

• child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving a minor;
• content that incites, promotes or facilitates terrorism or violent extremism;
• content that incites or threatens violence against any person or group;
• the sale or supply of controlled drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or vehicles or parts you know or suspect to be stolen;
• offering to clone, "ring", clock (alter the mileage of) or otherwise misrepresent a vehicle, or trading in cut-and-shut or fraudulently described vehicles;
• promoting the removal or defeat of safety or emissions equipment in a way that is unlawful for road use; or
• any other criminal offence.

4.2 Dangerous and illegal driving

FullRev celebrates cars; it does not celebrate breaking the law on the road. You must not post or share content that encourages, glorifies, organises or instructs others to engage in dangerous or illegal driving. This includes:

• street racing or speed contests on public roads;
• "cruises", convoys or meets organised around illegal driving, anti-social driving or causing public disorder;
• drifting, doughnuts, burnouts or stunts performed on public roads or in places where it is unlawful or unsafe;
• driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• footage that promotes or boasts about excessive speeding, "spirited" illegal driving, evading the police or beating speed cameras.

Track days, sanctioned motorsport, private-land events and closed-circuit driving are welcome. If your content clearly shows a legal, controlled environment (for example a circuit, an airfield or a private venue), it is fine to share it.

4.3 Harassment, bullying and threats

You must not:

• harass, bully, intimidate or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop;
• threaten violence against, or wish harm upon, any person;
• engage in coordinated or "pile-on" abuse against a member;
• encourage anyone to harm themselves, or post content that promotes self-harm or suicide.

4.4 Hate

You must not post content, or behave in a way, that is abusive, hateful or discriminatory towards a person or group because of a protected characteristic, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion or belief, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, disability, age, pregnancy or maternity, or marriage and civil partnership. Slurs and dehumanising content are not allowed.

4.5 Doxxing and leaking locations

Protecting people's privacy and safety matters to us. You must not:

• publish or share another person's private information without their consent (this is "doxxing"), including their home or work address, phone number, email address, vehicle registration, identity documents, financial details or other private data;
• reveal another member's precise real-world location, or post content (including photos or screenshots) that exposes where someone lives, works or can be found;
• publicly post the precise location of a private, invite-only or "secret" event, or of a meet whose location has deliberately been kept off public listings; or
• use FullRev to stalk, track or surveil another person.

FullRev deliberately uses approximate, member-chosen locations (town or county level) rather than precise GPS. Do not try to defeat this by publishing exact addresses or coordinates for other members.

4.6 Sexual and adult content

FullRev is an 18+ platform, but it is about cars and the car community, not adult content. You must not post or send:

• pornographic or sexually explicit images or video;
• nudity or sexual content, whether in profiles, garages, comments or messages;
• unsolicited sexual messages or images to other members; or
• content that sexualises any person, and never any content involving anyone under 18.

4.7 Spam, scams and deception

You must not:

• send bulk, repetitive or unsolicited messages, follows or comments;
• post misleading, deceptive or low-quality content designed to drive clicks, follows or sales;
• run or promote scams, fraud, phishing, pyramid or "get rich quick" schemes, fake giveaways, or fake ticket or parts sales;
• impersonate FullRev, FrameLogic, a member, an event organiser, a brand, a shop or any other person or organisation, or falsely claim an affiliation or endorsement;
• create fake or duplicate accounts, buy or sell accounts, or artificially inflate follows, RSVPs or engagement; or
• harvest, scrape or collect other members' data, including by automated means, without our written permission.

4.8 Intellectual property and others' content

You must not post content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights, including photographs, logos, designs or written material you do not have the right to use. Only upload photos of vehicles and builds that you own or have permission to share, and do not post images of other people without their consent.

4.9 Security and integrity of the service

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data;
• introduce malware, or interfere with, overload or disrupt the service;
• circumvent, disable or tamper with our security, age gate, rate limits, reporting tools or enforcement measures; or
• attempt to break, defeat or intercept the end-to-end encryption used for direct messages, or interfere with other members' communications.

5. Vehicle builds and your garage

Your garage is where you showcase your builds (make, model, BHP, modifications and photos). To keep it useful and honest:

• describe your build accurately; do not knowingly post false performance figures or specifications to deceive buyers;
• if you are selling a vehicle or parts, be truthful about condition, history and ownership, and do not list anything you know or suspect to be stolen;
• only upload photos you are entitled to use; and
• do not use your garage to promote unlawful road modifications or dangerous driving (see section 4.2).

6. Event listings

Events are at the heart of FullRev. If you create or promote a meet, gathering, show or other event, you are responsible for the listing and you must:

• only list real events you are entitled to organise or promote, with accurate details (date, time, approximate location, description and any entry requirements);
• make clear whether the event is public, or private and invite-only, and respect the privacy of private events (see section 4.5 on not publicly leaking private or secret locations);
• not list events organised around illegal driving, anti-social behaviour, trespass or public disorder;
• hold any licences, landowner permissions, insurance and other consents that the event lawfully requires, and comply with the conditions of any venue;
• not use listings for spam, scams or misleading promotion; and
• keep your listing up to date, and cancel or update it promptly if details change.

Ticketed events

Where an event is ticketed, the event organiser is the seller of the ticket. FullRev only facilitates the sale and is not the seller, organiser or insurer of the event. The organiser is responsible for the event, for honouring tickets, and for any refunds, cancellations or changes, in line with the organiser's own terms and applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for distance sales, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you organise a ticketed event, you must deal fairly and lawfully with attendees, give the pre-contract information and any cancellation rights that the law requires, and provide a way to contact you. Nothing in this section affects an attendee's non-excludable statutory rights against the organiser as the seller.

We are not responsible for what happens at events listed on FullRev. Attend at your own risk and use your judgement.

7. Meeting in person safely

Car meets are social, and most are great. A few sensible habits keep them that way. We recommend that you:

• meet in public, well-lit places where possible, especially the first time you meet someone;
• tell a friend or family member where you are going and who you are meeting, and arrange your own transport there and back;
• be cautious about sharing your home address, precise location or other private details with people you have only met online;
• treat private viewings of vehicles for sale or purchase with extra care, and consider bringing someone with you;
• never drive to or from a meet in a way that is dangerous or illegal, and do not take part in street racing or other unlawful driving; and
• trust your instincts and leave if a situation feels unsafe.

You are responsible for your own safety and conduct when you meet other members. FullRev does not vet members, verify identities or guarantee that anyone is who they say they are. If you feel unsafe or witness a crime, contact the police; in an emergency, call 999.

8. Direct messages

Direct messages on FullRev are end-to-end encrypted (using X25519 key exchange and AES-GCM). This means that FullRev and our providers cannot read the content of your messages. We can process message metadata (for example who messaged whom and when) in order to deliver the service. We process this metadata under UK GDPR, relying on the lawful basis of performance of our contract with you and, where relevant, our legitimate interests in keeping the service running and safe (see our Privacy Policy for the detail).

Because direct messages are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot proactively scan or monitor their content for prohibited or illegal material. Our proactive systems therefore apply to surfaces we can see, such as profiles, garages, event listings and comments. For direct messages, we rely heavily on you to report abuse, and reporting is what drives our action. When you report a message or a conversation, the relevant content may be made available to us from your device so that we can review it and take action under section 10. This policy applies fully to direct messages: harassment, threats, hate, doxxing, scams, spam, unsolicited sexual content and other prohibited conduct are not allowed in messages, just as they are not allowed anywhere else.

If someone is messaging you in a way you do not want, you can block them and report the conversation (see section 9).

9. Reporting and blocking

We give you tools to manage your own experience and to flag problems to us.

• Block. You can block another member at any time. Blocking stops them from following you, messaging you or interacting with your content, and it does not notify them that you have blocked them.
• Report content or members. You can report a profile, garage, event listing, comment, message or member from within the app and website. Tell us briefly what the problem is so we can review it quickly.
• Report by email. For anything you cannot report in-app, including urgent safety concerns, email us at hello@fullrev.app. For data-protection and privacy matters, email privacy@fullrev.app.

We review reports and take action under section 10. We aim to deal with reports promptly, to acknowledge them and to keep you informed of the outcome within a reasonable time, and to prioritise reports that involve a risk to someone's safety or that concern illegal content. Please do not abuse the reporting tools by making false or malicious reports; doing so is itself a breach of this policy.

If you come across content that suggests someone is in immediate danger, or that a crime is being committed, contact the police directly. In an emergency, call 999.

10. How we enforce this policy

We want enforcement to be fair and proportionate. What we do depends on the seriousness of the breach, whether it is a first occurrence or part of a pattern, and the risk to other people.

Depending on the circumstances, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• issue a warning;
• remove or hide content, or edit a listing;
• limit features on an account (for example messaging, posting or event creation);
• suspend an account temporarily;
• permanently ban an account and the person behind it;
• decline to provide the service to someone we have previously banned; and
• where we are required or permitted to do so, preserve evidence and report illegal content or conduct to the police or other relevant authorities.

For the most serious breaches, including illegal content, threats to safety, or content that sexualises or endangers a child, we may act immediately and without prior warning, and we may report the matter to the authorities.

We may also take action where your conduct off FullRev (for example threatening another member, or organising illegal driving connected to the community) creates a genuine risk to other members or to the integrity of the service.

Appeals

If we take action against your account or your content and you think we have made a mistake, you can ask us to review the decision by emailing hello@fullrev.app. Tell us what happened and why you think the decision was wrong. We will look again and respond. We may decline to reinstate content or accounts where doing so would be unlawful or unsafe.

11. Online safety and our duties

FrameLogic Limited takes its responsibilities for online safety seriously, including its duties under the Online Safety Act 2023 as a provider of a user-to-user service available to people in the United Kingdom. The Online Safety Act is regulated by Ofcom, and we co-operate with Ofcom in line with our duties.

In line with those duties, we:

• have systems and processes designed to protect users from illegal content and to remove it when we become aware of it;
• apply our proactive detection measures to the surfaces we are able to see, such as profiles, garages, event listings and comments, and rely on user reports to drive action on end-to-end encrypted direct messages, whose content we cannot read (see section 8);
• prioritise reports and content that involve illegal activity or a risk to safety, and act on them within a reasonable time;
• provide easy-to-use tools to report content and to block other members (see section 9);
• set out clearly, in this policy, what is allowed and what is not, and how we enforce those rules;
• operate FullRev as an adults-only (18+) service and take steps to keep children off the service, recognising that the Online Safety Act may require highly effective age assurance for some duties, and we will strengthen our age-assurance measures beyond a self-declared age gate where the law requires it;
• maintain a named point of contact for online-safety and regulatory matters, who can be reached at privacy@fullrev.app; and
• co-operate with law enforcement and with Ofcom and other regulators where we are required or permitted to do so, including reporting illegal content to the appropriate authorities.

This section does not limit any other legal obligation we have, and it does not create rights beyond those given by law.

12. Advertising, partners and paid features

FullRev is not ad-supported today. We may introduce advertising and partner or sponsor features in future, with appropriate notice. Where we send you direct marketing by electronic means (for example email or in-app push messages), we will do so in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR), which means we will obtain your prior opt-in consent where PECR requires it and always give you an easy way to opt out. On our website at https://fullrev.app, we use a cookie consent mechanism so that non-essential cookies and similar technologies, including any analytics or advertising technologies, are only set with your consent as PECR requires. Any advertising or sponsored content must still comply with this policy and with applicable advertising, data-protection and consumer law.

The core community stays free. We may offer paid options in future, including premium "Pro" tools for organisers and shops (by subscription) and ticketed events. Card payments on the web will be handled by Stripe, and in-app purchases by the Apple App Store and Google Play, under their terms. Where FullRev itself sells you a paid feature, such as a "Pro" subscription that we provide, the contract for that feature is between you and FrameLogic Limited, and your statutory consumer rights apply to us regardless of any third-party payment processor's terms. In particular:

• we will give you the pre-contract information required by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013;
• where you buy as a consumer at a distance, you normally have a 14-day cancellation (cooling-off) right under those Regulations. For digital content and digital services that begin during the cancellation period, this right is lost only where you have given your express consent to begin immediately and acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel; we will ask for that consent and acknowledgement before starting;
• the digital content and digital services we sell come with the statutory rights implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for example that they are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described); and
• nothing in this policy, in our Terms of Service, or in any third-party store or payment-processor terms excludes or limits your non-excludable statutory rights against FrameLogic Limited for features we sell to you.

If you use FullRev to promote a business, shop or service, you must do so honestly, comply with this policy, and not use prohibited promotional tactics such as spam, fake reviews or deceptive claims.

13. Your account and content responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for everything done through your account. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication, and FullRev never stores your raw password; you may also sign in with Apple or Google. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of the content you create, but you must have the right to post it, and it must comply with this policy. We may remove content that breaches this policy or the law.

14. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which erases your member data. Deleting your account does not remove our right or obligation to retain certain limited information where the law requires it, or to keep records needed to deal with reports, disputes, safety matters or our legal duties. We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and our retention of data is limited to what those laws and our legal duties allow. See our Privacy Policy for details of how we handle your data, the lawful bases we rely on, and the rights you have over your data.

15. Data protection and your rights

We handle personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where this policy makes claims about how we use data (for example the age statement in section 2, and the message metadata and retention statements in sections 8 and 14), the full detail of the personal data we process, the lawful bases we rely on, how long we keep it, and the rights you have, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Under UK data-protection law you have rights over your personal data, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To exercise these rights, or to raise any data-protection question, email privacy@fullrev.app, which is the contact for data-protection matters at FrameLogic Limited. We have assessed whether we are required to appoint a statutory Data Protection Officer under UK GDPR and are not currently required to do so; privacy@fullrev.app remains the responsible point of contact for data-protection matters, and we will appoint a Data Protection Officer if and when the law requires one.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's supervisory authority for data protection, at https://ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the service, to our features, or to the law. When we make material changes, we will give reasonable notice through the app, the website or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when this version took effect. If you continue to use FullRev after a change takes effect, you accept the updated policy.

17. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to it are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All amounts referred to on FullRev are in pounds sterling (GBP). Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights or your data-protection rights, including your right to complain to the ICO.
