Yes. The core app is free: find meets, make a crew, build your garage. A Pro tier adds extra for those who want it, but you do not need it to roll.
Communities are the real car clubs on FullRev. You join by proving you were at one of their meets, and the club's own admins review it before you are in. Members then get access to meets the public never sees.
You are only ever sharing live location with a crew you choose, and only when you switch it on. A meet shows an approximate area to everyone, while the exact spot stays sealed until the host drops it to people who are in.
